Burswood Dome a 'Disgrace'

The Burswood Dome has been labelled a 'disgrace to Perth'

Entertainment reporter, Peter Ford, has labelled the Burswood Dome a 'hideous bunker' and a 'disgrace to Perth'. Peter made the comments to Tony McManus during a review of last nights Dolly Parton concert in Perth.

Blog comments Your Say

  • I agree with Peter Ford. The Dome's echoes in some 'hot spots' are so bad it's like listening to two recordings being played a fraction of a second apart. Very jarring to the ear! They also sell seats in spots where you can hardly see anything. The Dome is great for concerts where you aren't interested in seeing or hearing the performers.

  • That is a beauty! I liked Peter Ford before...now I think I love him. He has to have the honour of cranking up the D9 Caterpillar...straight through those airlock doors Pete!

  • I thought Peter Ford was too harsh with his review of Dolly Parton. Her voice and concert was fantastic, dont believe she was miming at all.
