A Scarborough church is facing a $1 million fine for feeding the poor. Hear why here.

Scarborough Baptist Church is facing over $1 million in fines from the Stirling Council for breaches to council regulations for feeding struggling families. Steve Mills spoke to the church's Pastor André Van Oudtshoorn.
