Advertiser's Terms and Conditions

Upon making a booking, the advertiser confirms authority to broadcast and acknowledges that the advertiser has read, understood and agreed to the following terms and conditions which apply.

Payment must be made within 30 days of the date of this Authority.  Charges may apply for studio time, talent, dubs and transfers required by the advertiser.  Copy deadline 12 noon the day prior to broadcast, 12 noon Fridays for weekends.  Bonus commercials pre-emptible.  Cancellations by the advertiser require 28 days prior written notice, otherwise payment must be made in full.    The advertiser warrants and represents to Fairfax Radio Network Pty Ltd that every advertisement and all information supplied in relation to it is true and accurate, complies with all relevant laws (including the Trade Practices Act or equivalent state legislation), is not defamatory and does not infringe any third party rights.  The advertiser indemnifies Fairfax Radio Network Pty Ltd, its officers, employees and contractors against any claim, cost or expense arising from a breach of the foregoing warranty.  Fairfax Radio Network Pty Ltd has the right, at its absolute discretion, to withdraw advertisements at any time for any reason whatsoever.  If Fairfax Radio Network Pty Ltd withdraws advertisements from broadcast, the advertiser will only be liable for payment of fees for advertisements broadcast to the date of withdrawal.  The advertiser acknowledges and accepts that if any account exceeds 90 days from the date of invoice, Fairfax Radio Network reserves the right to charge an administration fee of 2% per month from date of invoice on the overdue balance.  Any expenses, costs or disbursements incurred by Fairfax Radio Network Pty Ltd in recovering any outstanding monies shall, to the extent permitted by law, be payable by the advertiser.  Proposal valid for 10 days.
